The space is fully equipped with open kitchen (that is closed off for most events), bar tables, lounge furniture, full bathroom, sound system, DVD, keg-o-rator and much more.  AVEvenue can accommodate cocktail parties for up to 65 guests and seated dinner for up to 45 people. With white walls, hardwood floors and 16ft ceilings you’re provided with a blank canvas on which to create any style affair.
